Rashtriya Military School Admission Process

The boy’s applicants who have passed the 7th class can take admission to RIMC, Dehradun. The selection of the candidates is done based on merit. RIMC Dehradun’s admission process is mentioned in the prospectus cum application form. The application form can also be obtained from the college. There are various methods of payment.
  • Written Test: An OMR-based written exam is conducted for class 6 and 9. The medium of the paper is bilingual (Hindi and English) for Class 6 and only English of Class 9.
  • Interview: Students who qualify for the exam will be called for an interview at RMS. The marks of the interview will be added to the written test score to prepare a merit list.
  • Result & Medical Test: Merit list of successful candidates and the school allotment will be announced. All the students will go through a medical fitness test and students found medically unfit will not be admitted.
